What is TSD Recycled?
TSD Recycled is a t-shirt brand unique to TS Designs and our customers made of 100% recycled materials.

Unique Benefits
Our recycled shirts are made from 65% post consumer recycled soda bottles and 35% post manufacturing recycled cotton scraps. The lower cotton content gives us a nice heather effect when the shirts are dyed and allows us to use less dye in general. They're also spun, knit, finished, cut, and sewn right here in our home state of North Carolina.

TSD Recycled garments are made from a low-density ringspun yarn, giving them a nice lightweight, super soft feel. The weight and breathability make them excellent for work or exercise.

Disadvantages
Because cotton can only usefully be recycled once, the process for recycling these shirts is not closed loop. We sadly cannot recycle TSD Recycled shirts again.
