NOTE: Shirts to be printed are lightly stretched over rectangular pallets, which hold the shirt in place as it is printed. Differently-sized shirts require differently-sized pallets (for instance, an infant shirt cannot be lightly stretched over the same pallet as an adult XXL). Pallet Change fees are $12 per change and are charged once for every pallet size used after the original.

Customers wanting the same design on shirts from different pallet sizes must create the design within the smallest print width restriction, or each print size will be calculated as a separate order.

NOTE: Typical turnaround time for un-dyed orders is 2 weeks to create the sample t-shirt after the date of order finalization and 2 weeks to complete production from the date of sample approval. Orders inside this time frame are possible, but all steps of the process will need to be completed as quickly as possible.

You can also forego your sample process if you agree to approve a digital layout of your t-shirt for size and placement of prints. This will eliminate both the sample charge and the sample turnaround time for your order

We are proud to offer any organic t-shirt customer the opportunity to advertise their sustainable platform at a fraction of the typical cost! If you choose to participate, we will print our popular "Clothing Facts" label [seen here] on either the right or left sleeve, or the upper-center back.

For-profit organizations are charged merely $.50 per shirt (much less than a typical print location addition), and non-profits can enjoy the benefits of co-branding for free!
