TS Design Team Members will sign up for specific garden management.
Right now, the Production Crew is still on holiday time. We close down between Christmas and New Years so that the team can enjoy some time with their family for the holidays.
But there are a few of us holding down the fort in the main front office area – and while things are just a little bit quieter than normal, one of the items we knocked out of the park was planning out the 2013 Garden.
Did you know that TS Designs grows its own garden on the same property where we print our tees?! It’s true. And each employee contributes to the development of the garden and also shares in the fruits of our combined labor.
When the Production Team comes in next week, they will see our bulletin board with the 2013 garden plan, which highlights the four (4) different seasons withing the growing period: spring, summer 1, summer 2 and fall.
For each season, we’ll be looking for people from our team to adopt a row. Adopting a row means that they’ll be in charge of planting it, weeding it and harvesting from it – and all the general monitoring in between those actions.
It’s always an exciting time – investing the earth around us and then enjoying the fruits of our labor.
