Earth Friendly Printing & Dyeing
REHANCE™ is an eco-friendly screen print process developed by TS Designs, not found anywhere else in the world.
By printing on white t-shirts prior to dyeing, we regulate inventory management, ensuring nothing goes to waste, as color becomes the final decision.
Garment dyeing is the process of dyeing the garment AFTER it has been sewn and constructed, and in our case printed. A majority of clothing gets its color from dyed yarn or fabric. The benefits of garment dyeing include consistency, faster turnaround time, truly preshrunk apparel, and minimal environmental impact.
We do wholesale custom garment dyeing on natural fibers. If you have garment dying needs or want to learn more, ask us!

Solid State Clothing is our retail brand, and it’s our way to bring our meticulously crafted, locally grown and made shirts directly to your wardrobe. Solid State releases small batches of premium-quality t-shirts that are durable and versatile for work, play, and everything in between. It’s also our platform for experimenting with new materials like natural dyes and creative collaborations with regional artists and makers.
Know Your Clothing is our nonprofit initiative that was created to perform R&D around developing a scalable system of natural dyes and building sustainable manufacturing clusters. It is a way to improve the apparel industry while allowing us to focus on manufacturing and staying a sustainable business.
