TS Designs is a wholesale custom t-shirt printing operation that operates on a sustainable triple bottom line. We pride ourselves in offering a variety of environmentally friendly, socially responsible apparel options, including our flagship line Cotton of the Carolinas – a product made entirely, dirt-to-shirt, in North Carolina.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an sharp individual who is mechanically inclined and can set-up, operate and troubleshoot a printing press machine to work 40 hours per week as a Press Manager. A qualified candidate should:
- Have excellent manual dexterity
- Be quick on your toes and always anticipating the next step
- Be meticulous about details, cross checking paperwork and setting up the press
- Be quick to notice problems and provide solutions
- Have good communication skills
- Be a good team player
Please note: We are requiring applicants to have some previous manual labor experience. Previous screen printing experience is a plus, but not required.
Job Activities
The job activities will include:
- Setting up the press
- Loading the press
- Being responsible for press quality and efficiency
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Cross checking and updating paperwork
- Being responsible for an orderly and clean work area
- Standing on your feet for long periods of time

You will be paid hourly, and should expect to work 40 hours a week.
