Happy December! As we celebrate the holiday season and the end of another remarkable year, we are thrilled to shine a spotlight on an extraordinary individual who has not only made a significant impact in her career but also shares values close to our hearts. This month, TS Designs is delighted to feature Kathie Niven, President and CEO of Biscuitville, as our Customer Spotlight.

Kathie’s journey with Biscuitville spans over a decade, and her passion for the food industry has driven her success. In 2018, she assumed the role of CEO, steering the company through a rebranding and remodeling process that has left an indelible mark on the Biscuitville name.

One of Kathie’s key strengths lies in her ability to connect with people, whether it’s working with a diverse team or engaging with customers. She emphasizes the joy of witnessing others enjoy the work she has put into this business and expresses a genuine love for food—an essential ingredient for anyone who works at Biscuitville.

A recent milestone for Biscuitville is the approval of their ambitious 9-year plan, a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team. This plan aligns seamlessly with TS Designs’ commitment to sustainability and supporting local farmers. In fact, 90% of every bag leaving Biscuitville contains at least one local ingredient, echoing our shared values.

Kathie is not only passionate about sustainability in business but also integrates it into her personal life. For her, being eco-friendly is more than a practice—it’s a way of sustaining communities and ensuring a bright future for generations to come. Her commitment extends beyond the workplace, resonating with our dedication to creating a positive impact.

Fun fact, there is a unique connection between Biscuitville and TS Designs. Our very own President, Eric Henry, worked at the first “Pizzaville,” the predecessor of Biscuitville. The decision to collaborate felt natural, and we are proud to say that the shirts produced for Biscuitville are not only incredibly soft but also a testament to putting sustainability first.

We extend our gratitude to Kathie Niven and the entire Biscuitville team for their dedication to excellence, sustainability, and community. We look forward to continued collaboration and success in the coming year.

Wishing you all a joyous holiday season and a Happy New Year!
